What payment methods do you accept? We gladly accept PayPal or money orders. If paying by credit card with no PayPal account, you do not need a PayPal account but when checking out you will need to choose 'PayPal' as your payment option. PayPal is a secure site and we will not have access to your credit card or personal information. If paying by money order, our address will be provided at the end of check-out. We do not accept personal checks, bank transfers or Western Union. Do you offer refunds or discounts? We do offer a group discount, depending upon how many of you there are depends upon the discount. We do not offer refunds after you've purchased and paid for a product on our website. We do offer refunds in case of ordering additional products you don't need (ex: you order a custom navigation in addition to a store design but the store design already comes with the custom navigation.) We do provide full support in getting you started in using your design. Do you offer a layaway program? We understand that not everyone can afford the entire sum at the beginning of a custom design. Yes, we can break up your order total for weekly or monthly payments for orders over $200.00. Minimum weekly payment is $50, monthly is $100. Full payment must be made within 30 days for weekly payment plan or 90 days for monthly payment plan. All payments made are non refundable. Work will not begin until 50% of payment has been made, upon completion the entire amount due must be made before installation. Do you offer phone consultations? We rarely do phone consultations because my office is also my home. We find it also helps prevent any confusion by having a written record of all communications via email. This is the one rule that will not change, so please keep that in mind when hiring us for custom work. We will be available at anytime through email. What happens if I steal your HTML code and/or images? We take theft seriously. We contact your photo host, the auction service or web host about your copy-right violations. Depending upon their policies, such as eBay, they may terminate your ability to sell on their site or may terminate your hosting account. Example violation: We caught a 'designer' using our originally designed images for the templates they sold. Shortly after contacting their web host, the host company terminated her account, which resulted in the loss of all her web site material and a nice splash page that informed anyone visiting her site why she was terminated. In cases of continued violations, we will pursue legal action. Will your designs work on all browsers and resolutions? We test all of our designs on the most commonly used browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) the designs were designed for 800 and up resolutions and most are fixed width designs, meaning that the width remains the same in all browsers. We do have fluid designs that expand and contract based on the users screen/resolution size. If you would like your site designed for 1024 and up resolutions, we can certainly do that for you. I opened a website and still have no sales. Why? Many think that just because they open a website, they'll start selling things right away. We're sorry to say it isn't that easy. Just because you opened your own website doesn't mean people will find it by chance. This is where marketing comes in. Marketing can include advertising through other websites, message boards, word of mouth, newspapers, fliers, etc. Another important thing that we can never stress enough: strong keywords and spreading your website link throughout the internet. You will need to do this yourself, do not fall for companies that say they can do this for you with a guarantee that you'll be #1 with all search engines for your particular keyword or items because that won't happen in all circumstances. It can take months or in some cases a year before you begin to receive a good ranking with search engines. You will need a lot of patience when starting your own website because success will not happen overnight. Please keep this in mind when starting your own website. |
